Samotn\u00fd remork\u00e9r s n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vanou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho variac\u00ed pro man\u00e9vry u\u017e ned\u00e1v\u00e1. My\u0161lenka postavit funk\u010dn\u00ed plovouc\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1b se zd\u00e1la b\u00fdt ide\u00e1ln\u00ed. Ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve jsme vlek v podob\u011b plovouc\u00edho je\u0159\u00e1bu m\u011bli. Byl ale vylo\u017een\u011b pasivn\u00ed a jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed bylo problematick\u00e9 a nakonec byl &#8222;<em>se\u0161rtotov\u00e1n<\/em>&#8222;.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Stavby nov\u00e9ho vleku se ujala dom\u00e1c\u00ed lod\u011bnice MoNaKo. D\u016fraz m\u011bl b\u00fdt kladen p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na funk\u010dnost, spolehlivost a snadnou p\u0159epravitelnost. Rozhodn\u011b nem\u011bla b\u00fdt zanedb\u00e1na ani vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed str\u00e1nka. Vlastn\u00ed stavb\u011b p\u0159edch\u00e1zely des\u00edtky hodin hled\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159edlohy na internetu. Nakonec se jako ide\u00e1ln\u00ed uk\u00e1zal nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed polsk\u00fd plovouc\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1b Conrad Consul, kter\u00fd pracuje ve slu\u017eb\u00e1ch Marine projects Ltd. Tu\u017eka, pap\u00edr a hezky ru\u010dn\u011b. Padl na to skoro jeden cel\u00fd blok. V\u0161e se zd\u00e1lo b\u00fdt jasn\u00e9. Je\u0159\u00e1b m\u011bl pracovat v automatick\u00e9m re\u017eimu. Kapit\u00e1n remork\u00e9ru vyd\u00e1 pouze pokyn k zah\u00e1jen\u00ed man\u00e9vru. N\u00e1sledn\u011b je\u0159\u00e1b za\u010dne spou\u0161t\u011bt zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e9 b\u0159emeno a po dosa\u017een\u00ed p\u0159edepsan\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky se p\u0159epne a za\u010dne b\u0159emeno zase zvedat. Jakmile je b\u0159emeno vyta\u017eeno do p\u016fvodn\u00ed polohy, man\u00e9vr se automaticky ukon\u010d\u00ed. V\u0161e m\u011blo b\u00fdt \u0159\u00edzeno jen pomoc\u00ed mechanick\u00fdch p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010d\u016f a sp\u00edna\u010d\u016f v\u010detn\u011b automatick\u00e9 signalizace \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nosti man\u00e9vru. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b bylo zva\u017eov\u00e1no i pou\u017eit\u00ed krokov\u00fdch motor\u016f a \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed elektroniky. M\u00e1 to ale jeden h\u00e1\u010dek. Kdy\u017e se p\u0159i regat\u011b v elektronice n\u011bco pokaz\u00ed, t\u011b\u017eko se to opravuje. Mechanickou poruchu lze v\u011bt\u0161inou relativn\u011b snadno naj\u00edt a odstranit. Finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed elektroniku nejsou taky zanedbateln\u00e9. Dob\u0159e se opracov\u00e1v\u00e1, snadno lep\u00ed a je pevn\u00fd a lehk\u00fd. D\u00e9lka trupu je 90 cm, \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka 35 cm a v\u00fd\u0161ka 12 cm. Trup je konstruov\u00e1n tak, aby se po spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed na vodu automaticky zaplavil. T\u00edm odpad\u00e1 vkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a s n\u00ed spojen\u00e1 slo\u017eit\u00e1 manipulace. Po vyzvednut\u00ed trupu z vody z n\u011bj voda zase samovoln\u011b vyte\u010de. Pokud by bylo pot\u0159eba, lze objem zaplaven\u00e9ho prostoru zmen\u0161it a t\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161it v\u00fdtlak trupu. Balastn\u00ed prostor je rozd\u011blen\u00fd p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017ekami (pe\u0159ejky), kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed dynamick\u00e9mu p\u0159el\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed balastn\u00ed vody.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"shutterset_\" title=\" \" href=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/vlek-jerab-1\/20200809_180212.jpg\" data-image-id=\"7170\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/vlek-jerab-1\/20200809_180212.jpg\" data-thumbnail=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/vlek-jerab-1\/thumbs\/thumbs_20200809_180212.jpg\" data-title=\"20200809_180212\" data-description=\" \"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/vlek-jerab-1\/thumbs\/thumbs_20200809_180212.jpg\" alt=\"20200809_180212\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ramena jsou ud\u011bl\u00e1na z duralov\u00fdch trubek o pr\u016fm\u011bru 15 mm. Spojen\u00ed je provedeno pomoc\u00ed z\u00e1vitov\u00fdch ty\u010d\u00ed o pr\u016fm\u011bru 3 mm. V p\u016flce srpna 2020 byl trup ji\u017e kompletn\u00ed a provedeny testy tuhosti ramene. Zd\u00e1lo se, \u017ee v\u0161e bude brzo hotovo, proto\u017ee hlavn\u00ed \u00falohu m\u011bl p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00ed stavb\u011b sehr\u00e1t hlavn\u011b 3D tisk.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed bylo pot\u0159eba sestavit navij\u00e1k a cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m kladek. Je\u0159\u00e1b k manipulaci s b\u0159emenem nevyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jedno lano, ale dv\u011b rovnob\u011b\u017en\u00e1. Jsou vedena p\u0159es pevn\u00e9 kladky na konci ramene a zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e9 kladky (ko\u010dky), kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny traverzou. T\u00edm je zabr\u00e1n\u011bno rotaci zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e9ho b\u0159emene pod\u00e9l vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed osy vlivem v\u011btru. Navij\u00e1k je dvojbubnov\u00fd se spole\u010dn\u00fdm pohonem. Aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k samovoln\u00e9mu povolen\u00ed lana vlivem hmotnosti zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e9ho b\u0159emene, byl zvolen pro p\u0159enos v\u00fdkonu motoru na navij\u00e1k \u0161nekov\u00fd p\u0159evod. Teoreticky v\u0161e jasn\u00e9. Realizace ale p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ela jeden probl\u00e9m za druh\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"shutterset_\" title=\" \" href=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/vlek-jerab-1\/20210125_213057.jpg\" data-image-id=\"7179\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/vlek-jerab-1\/20210125_213057.jpg\" data-thumbnail=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/vlek-jerab-1\/thumbs\/thumbs_20210125_213057.jpg\" data-title=\"20210125_213057\" data-description=\" \"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/vlek-jerab-1\/thumbs\/thumbs_20210125_213057.jpg\" alt=\"20210125_213057\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nejd\u0159\u00edve vhodn\u00e1 lana. Nesm\u011bla dr\u017eet vodu, nesm\u011bla se protahovat a musela b\u00fdt maxim\u00e1ln\u011b ohebn\u00e1. Je\u0161t\u011b \u017ee m\u00e1me ten internet. Bohu\u017eel nejmen\u0161\u00ed balen\u00ed m\u011blo 150m d\u00e9lky. Je\u0159\u00e1b dohromady pot\u0159ebuje asi 6 m. Dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m kladky. Bylo pot\u0159eba vytisknou asi 35 zku\u0161ebn\u00edch vzork\u016f, ne\u017e byly nalezeny ty spr\u00e1vn\u00e9. Celkem je jich pot\u0159eba 29. Kone\u010dn\u011b bylo v\u0161e vyti\u0161t\u011bno a sestaveno. Navij\u00e1k kr\u00e1sn\u011b to\u010dil, lano z kladek nevypad\u00e1valo. U\u017e to vypadalo, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce pokro\u010d\u00ed d\u00e1le, ale ouvej. Nov\u00fd probl\u00e9m byl v nav\u00edjen\u00ed a odv\u00edjen\u00ed lana na buben. Pokud se ob\u011b lana neodv\u00edjela a nenav\u00edjela naprosto stejn\u011b, traverza se v horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed rovin\u011b naklonila a tento n\u00e1klon se zv\u011bt\u0161oval s d\u00e9lkou odvinut\u00e9ho lana. Ud\u011blat uklada\u010d lana p\u0159i nav\u00edjen\u00ed nen\u00ed zrovna snadn\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost. Op\u011bt se nab\u00edzel 3D tisk, ale d\u00edly vych\u00e1zely p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tit\u011brn\u00e9 a to znamenalo jedin\u00e9, nespolehlivost. Probl\u00e9m se poda\u0159ilo vy\u0159e\u0161it pomoc\u00ed hmotnosti zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e9ho b\u0159emene a zp\u016fsobu uchycen\u00ed lana na bubnu. Hmotnost b\u0159emene zaji\u0161\u0165uje rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed lana (je dostate\u010dn\u011b uta\u017een\u00e9) a uchycen\u00ed zaru\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee je na obou bubnech navinut stejn\u00fd po\u010det z\u00e1vit\u016f lana v jedn\u00e9 vrstv\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed bylo pot\u0159eba vy\u0159e\u0161it automatick\u00fd chod je\u0159\u00e1bu. Ten zaji\u0161\u0165uje mechanick\u00fd &#8222;program\u00e1tor&#8220;. Jedn\u00e1 se o motorem poh\u00e1n\u011bnou kruhovou kulisu. Po startovac\u00edm impulsu se sepne sp\u00edna\u010d pro nap\u00e1jen\u00ed motoru navij\u00e1ku a program\u00e1toru. Dva \u010depy na kruhov\u00e9 kulise ovl\u00e1daj\u00ed p\u00e1\u010dkov\u00fd p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010d, kter\u00fd m\u011bn\u00ed sm\u011br ot\u00e1\u010dek navij\u00e1ku a program\u00e1toru. Jeden \u010dep je posuvn\u00fd. T\u00edm lze nastavit kolik lana se odvine. Jakmile se kruhov\u00e1 kulisa vr\u00e1t\u00ed do p\u016fvodn\u00ed polohy sp\u00edna\u010d se rozpoj\u00ed a program\u00e1tor s navij\u00e1kem se zastav\u00ed. Fungovalo to skv\u011ble! A\u017e na jeden detail. D\u00e9lka odvinut\u00e9ho lana nebyla shodn\u00e1 s d\u00e9lkou navinut\u00e9ho lana. Motor navij\u00e1ku, p\u0159i nav\u00edjen\u00ed ud\u011blal m\u00e9n\u011b ot\u00e1\u010dek ne\u017e p\u0159i odv\u00edjen\u00ed. Motor program\u00e1toru jich ale ud\u011blal v\u017edy stejn\u011b. V\u00fdsledkem bylo, \u017ee se b\u0159emeno nezvedlo do stejn\u00e9 polohy z jak\u00e9 bylo zah\u00e1jeno spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Odchylka nar\u016fstala a\u017e se odvinulo ve\u0161ker\u00e9 lano z navij\u00e1ku. Bylo tedy nutn\u00e9 zajistit, aby se b\u0159emeno v\u017edy zvedlo do v\u00fdchoz\u00ed polohy. To se poda\u0159ilo vy\u0159e\u0161it pomoc\u00ed koncov\u00e9ho sp\u00edna\u010de na konci ramene je\u0159\u00e1bu. Tento sp\u00edna\u010d ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e1 traverza. Okam\u017eit\u011b nastal dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Pokud se b\u0159emeno houpe, nemus\u00ed koncov\u00fd sp\u00edna\u010d spr\u00e1vn\u011b fungovat. Jednoduch\u00fd programovateln\u00fd p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010d za 300 k\u010d a tla\u010d\u00edtkov\u00fd vys\u00edla\u010d za 100 K\u010d spolehliv\u011b zajist\u00ed uveden\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu v \u010dinnost. Nap\u00e1jen\u00ed zaji\u0161\u0165uje LiPol t\u0159\u00ed\u010dl\u00e1nek. Proudov\u00fd odb\u011br obou motor\u016f je n\u00edzk\u00fd a doba chodu kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 (n\u011bkolik sekund). Je\u0159\u00e1b by vydr\u017eel v provozu bez nab\u00edjen\u00ed n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kone\u010dn\u011b bylo spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a zved\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159emene spolehliv\u00e9. Byla provedena asi stovka testovac\u00edch cykl\u016f s r\u016fzn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi b\u0159emeny, kter\u00e1 byla rozhoup\u00e1v\u00e1na r\u016fzn\u00fdmi sm\u011bry.<\/p>\n<p>Povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava trupu je ud\u011bl\u00e1na klasicky. N\u00e1st\u0159ik plni\u010dem a n\u00e1sledn\u011b akryl\u00e1tov\u00e9 barvy ve spreji. Pacholata jsou ud\u011bl\u00e1na z duralov\u00fdch trubek a proch\u00e1z\u00ed skrze palubu a\u017e na dno trupu. To&nbsp; zaru\u010duje jejich tuhost. V\u0161echny prvky jsou k palub\u011b p\u0159i\u0161roubov\u00e1ny pomoc\u00ed vrut\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Je\u0159\u00e1b byl hotov, ale bylo je\u0161t\u011b pot\u0159eba vy\u0159e\u0161it signalizaci \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho proveden\u00ed man\u00e9vru. Tedy \u017ee b\u0159emeno bylo spu\u0161t\u011bno na ur\u010den\u00e9 m\u00edsto. K tomu slou\u017e\u00ed mal\u00fd ponton. Na n\u011bm je instalov\u00e1na sp\u00ednac\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ka s bateriemi. Signalizaci zaji\u0161\u0165uje mal\u00fd maj\u00e1k. Sign\u00e1l nen\u00ed sv\u011bteln\u00fd, ale mechanick\u00fd. Kdy\u017e sepne kontakt, rozto\u010d\u00ed mal\u00fd motorek \u010dernob\u00edlou kulisu na vrcholu maj\u00e1ku. V\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee je to v\u017edy dob\u0159e viditeln\u00e9 pro rozhod\u010d\u00ed. Na kulisu bude instalov\u00e1no je\u0161t\u011b mal\u00e9 zrc\u00e1tko a p\u0159ibude i zvukov\u00e1 sir\u00e9na. Ponton je vybaven h\u00e1ky, kter\u00e9 ho umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed fixovat k trubk\u00e1m ze kter\u00fdch jsou stav\u011bny p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky trat\u011b. P\u0159i stavb\u011b pontonu hr\u00e1l hlavn\u00ed roli 3D tisk. B\u0159emeno v podob\u011b mostu, pil\u00ed\u0159e, sp\u00ednac\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ka, dopadov\u00e1 kulisa a maj\u00e1k jsou zhotoveny pomoc\u00ed 3D tisk\u00e1rny. M\u00e1me na zahrad\u011b takov\u00fd mal\u00fd vodn\u00ed prvek, kter\u00fd je pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed. Man\u00e9vrov\u00e1n\u00ed s je\u0159\u00e1bem zajistil m\u016fj remork\u00e9r Monako V. Podm\u00ednky byly ide\u00e1ln\u00ed. Slune\u010dno, v\u00edtr do jednoho metru za sekundu, hladina zcela klidn\u00e1. Kladky a p\u0159evody byly promaz\u00e1ny, baterie nabit\u00e9, ponton p\u0159ipraven\u00fd. Na program\u00e1toru jsem nastavil d\u00e9lku odv\u00edjen\u00e9ho lana, chopil se vys\u00edla\u010de a hur\u00e1 na testov\u00e1n\u00ed. Je\u0159\u00e1b fungoval naprosto spolehliv\u011b. K m\u00e9mu p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed se ani jednou nic nepokazilo, nic nezadrhlo. Jen jedna v\u011bc se neda\u0159ila. \u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b prov\u00e9st man\u00e9vr. Ale i to se nakonec povedlo! Mostn\u00ed konstrukce spr\u00e1vn\u011b dosedla na pil\u00ed\u0159e a maj\u00e1k signalizoval \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b proveden\u00fd n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd man\u00e9vr!<\/p>\n<p>Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na n\u00e1stavb\u00e1ch odvedla hlavn\u011b 3D tisk\u00e1rna a je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkter\u00e9 detaily z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed k dod\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Minul\u00fd t\u00fdden bylo p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed na fin\u00e1ln\u00ed test je\u0159\u00e1bu. Slune\u010dno, v\u00edtr m\u00edrn\u00fd, hladina m\u00edstn\u00ed lou\u017ee klidn\u00e1. Ponton s maj\u00e1kem byl spu\u0161t\u011bn na vodu a n\u00e1sledn\u011b i je\u0159\u00e1b. Ponton byl upraven na b\u0159emeno &#8222;<em>v\u00e1lce<\/em>&#8222;. Jak se p\u0159i prvn\u00edm testu uk\u00e1zalo ulo\u017eit most na pil\u00ed\u0159e nen\u00ed opravdu snadn\u00e9. \u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pokusy st\u0159\u00eddaly ty ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9. B\u011bhem testu se projevili je\u0161t\u011b dva nedostatky. T\u00edm hlavn\u00edm bylo rozhoup\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159emene p\u0159i jeho zdvihu. Lehkou \u00fapravou koncov\u00e9ho vyp\u00edna\u010de byl nedostatek odstran\u011bn. Druh\u00fdm nedostatkem je rychlost plavby. V\u00edce vylo\u017een\u00e9 b\u0159emeno zano\u0159uje v\u00edce p\u0159\u00ed\u010f a p\u0159i rychlej\u0161\u00ed plavb\u011b jde voda na palubu.
