Pluly a tahaly vle\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dluny po Labi od St\u0159ekova a\u017e do Kol\u00edna a nebo z M\u011bln\u00edka po Vltav\u011b a\u017e do Prahy. <strong>R-5<\/strong> slou\u017eila a protahovala dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta v Magdeburku, n\u011bkdy (1x za rok) za velk\u00e9 vody protahovala v Torgav\u011b. Po prodeji n\u011bmc\u016fm v Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fanech dostala jm\u00e9no <em>ALTBERTSHAFEN. <\/em>Hlavn\u00ed motory se na R-k\u00e1ch startovaly stla\u010den\u00fdm vzduchem. Strojn\u00edk u\u017e nemusel sed\u011bt ve strojovn\u011b a ovl\u00e1dat ma\u0161iny jako na zadokol\u00e1ku, kapit\u00e1n ji\u017e v\u0161e ovl\u00e1dal z kormidelny. Pozd\u011bji, jak ub\u00fdvaly vle\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dluny, byly R-k\u00e1m zhotoveny tla\u010dn\u00e1 \u010dela a pak a dodnes tla\u010dily a tla\u010d\u00ed co se d\u00e1.<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Stavba<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tak, jak postupn\u011b nar\u016fstaly n\u00e1roky na p\u0159epravn\u00ed objemy a zvy\u0161ovala se poruchovost nejstar\u0161\u00edch parn\u00edch remork\u00e9r\u016f, nastala nutnost uva\u017eovat o n\u00e1hrad\u011b za dosluhuj\u00edc\u00ed vle\u010dn\u00e9 jednotky, co\u017e vedlo ke konci pades\u00e1t\u00fdch let kobjedn\u00e1vce sedmi nov\u00fdch motorov\u00fdch remork\u00e9r\u016f. Projekt byl vypracov\u00e1n v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm podniku <strong>NAVIKA<\/strong> v Praze na Sm\u00edchov\u011b, kde byla soust\u0159ed\u011bna celost\u00e1tn\u011b projek\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnost v oboru\u00a0 v\u00fdroby plavidel. V\u00fdroba byla zad\u00e1na n\u00e1rodn\u00edmu podniku \u010cesk\u00e9 lod\u011bnice a vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed dokumentaci zpracovala konstruk\u010dn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159 m\u011blnick\u00e9 lod\u011bnice, z\u00e1vodu 02 \u010c.L. Zde byla t\u00e9\u017e realizov\u00e1na postupn\u011b v\u00fdroba v\u0161ech sedmi objednan\u00fdch plavidel. M\u011blo se jednat o \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed plavidlo opat\u0159en\u00e9 vle\u010dn\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm pro vle\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u010dlun\u016f a bude ur\u010deno pro vlek na \u0159ek\u00e1ch Vltav\u011b, Labi, Od\u0159e a spojuj\u00edc\u00edch kan\u00e1lech, a jeho v\u00fdzbroj bude odpov\u00eddat plavebn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m na t\u011bchto vodn\u00edch cest\u00e1ch. Stavba remork\u00e9r\u016f prob\u011bhla v l\u00e9tech 1958 a\u017e 1961 a lod\u011b nesly p\u016fvodn\u011b jm\u00e9na osobnost\u00ed pova\u017eovan\u00fdch tehdy za v\u00fdznamn\u00e9. Plechy ob\u0161\u00edvky byly na p\u0159\u00eddi zes\u00edleny, aby lo\u010f vyhovovala pro plavbu v ledov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00ed\u0161ti. Strojn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed dva vzn\u011btov\u00e9 (naftov\u00e9) motory typu \u0160KODA 6L 160 B p\u0159epl\u0148ovan\u00e9 turbodmychadly, vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 v Ploti\u0161ti. Turbodmychadla poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi plyny umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm tlakem ve v\u00e1lc\u00edch motor\u016f spalov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho objemu palivov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi a t\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu motor\u016f. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z motor\u016f m\u00e1 v\u00fdkon 195 k p\u0159i 780ot\/min . Prav\u00fd motor je levoto\u010div\u00fd, lev\u00fd motor je pravoto\u010div\u00fd. Ka\u017ed\u00fd motor je ulo\u017een spole\u010dn\u011b s vratnou sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed na spole\u010dn\u00e9m r\u00e1mu. P\u0159evodov\u00e9 a vratn\u00e9 sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed p\u0159evod ot\u00e1\u010dek k vrtul\u00edm v pom\u011bru 1:1,8. Vratn\u00e9 sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b byly u prototypu z dovozu, u dal\u0161\u00edch vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch remork\u00e9r\u016f jsou ji\u017e sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b VSR 6 na\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdroby a na motory jsou napojeny pru\u017en\u00fdmi spojkami. P\u016fvodn\u00ed spojky typu HARDY se silenbloky byly u v\u0161ech plavidel postupn\u011b nahrazeny celogumov\u00fdmi kotou\u010dov\u00fdmi spojkami FLEXI. Mezi ob\u011bma motory je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd ochozov\u00fd m\u016fstek, na jeho\u017e po\u010d\u00e1tku za vstupem do strojovny je ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed pult, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed k ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed hlavn\u00edch motor\u016f. Ten je propojen pomoc\u00ed p\u00e1k a t\u00e1hel s ovl\u00e1dac\u00edm stolem v kormideln\u011b. Ve strojovn\u011b je na pultu spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed motor\u016f, palivov\u00e9 p\u00e1ky, reverzn\u00ed p\u00e1ky, ot\u00e1\u010dkom\u011bry, vodn\u00ed a olejov\u00e9 manometry, manometry dmychadel a dal\u0161\u00ed. Na opa\u010dn\u00e9m konci m\u016fstku umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed sch\u016fdky p\u0159\u00edstup k turbodmychadl\u016fm, p\u0159evodov\u00fdm a vratn\u00fdm sk\u0159\u00edn\u00edm, ale i k pomocn\u00e9mu dieselagreg\u00e1tu p\u0159i levoboku, a ke stojat\u00e9mu kompresoru. Pomocn\u00fd dieselagreg\u00e1t tvo\u0159\u00ed dvouv\u00e1lcov\u00fd \u010dty\u0159dob\u00fd motor \u0160KODA 2 L 110, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee sou\u010dasn\u011b poh\u00e1n\u011bt dynamo a kompresor, nebo dynamo a z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 \u010derpadlo, ale i sou\u010dasn\u011b dynamo, kompresor a \u010derpadlo. Lodn\u00ed vrtule poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 \u010dty\u0159dob\u00fdmi dieselov\u00fdmi motory jsou \u010dty\u0159list\u00e9 a maj\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br 1200 mm. Ot\u00e1\u010dej\u00ed se v Kortov\u00fdch d\u00fdz\u00e1ch. Za ka\u017edou lodn\u00ed vrtul\u00ed je zav\u011b\u0161eno polovyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 hydrodynamick\u00e9 kormidlo. Ploutve kormidel jsou sva\u0159ovan\u00e9 a jejich pn\u011b jsou vykov\u00e1ny. Kormidla jsou ovl\u00e1d\u00e1na ru\u010dn\u00edm kormideln\u00edm strojem z kormidelny transmisn\u00edm a p\u00e1kov\u00fdm veden\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dapravy a zm\u011bny<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po dokon\u010den\u00ed prototypu a vyhodnocen\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed s prvn\u00ed lod\u00ed v plavebn\u00edm provozu, byl v konstruk\u010dn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159i m\u011blnick\u00e9 lod\u011bnice v\u00fdkresov\u011b zpracov\u00e1n soubor zm\u011bn, kter\u00e9 byly pak uplatn\u011bny ve v\u00fdrob\u011b n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0161esti remork\u00e9r\u016f. Hranat\u00e1 kormidelna prototypu, v horn\u00ed polovin\u011b d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e1, byla u n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch lod\u00ed celoocelov\u00e1 s kulat\u00fdmi rohy, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159ilo zaoblen\u00e9 plexisklo. Ochoz n\u00e1stavby p\u0159ed kormidelnou zmizel a ochozy z\u016fstaly pouze po stran\u00e1ch kormidelny. N\u00edzk\u00fd, del\u0161\u00ed kom\u00edn, byl nahrazen vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, dozadu se\u0161ikmenou maketou kom\u00edna co\u017e p\u0159isp\u011blo k zlep\u0161en\u00ed bo\u010dn\u00ed siluety plavidla.<br \/>\nZadn\u00ed palubn\u00ed n\u00e1stavba s kajutou strojn\u00edka byla zkr\u00e1cena a m\u011bla na boc\u00edch pouze t\u0159i kajutov\u00e1 ok\u00e9nka. Vle\u010dn\u00e1 pacholata byla um\u00edst\u011bna na samostatn\u00fdch \u0161ikm\u00fdch stolic\u00edch a posunuta v\u00edce dozadu.<br \/>\nPo dobudov\u00e1n\u00ed vodn\u00ed uheln\u00e9 magistr\u00e1ly na mal\u00e9m Labi z M\u011bln\u00edka do Chvaletic byla u z\u00e1vodu Vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed plavby komplexn\u011b zru\u0161ena vle\u010dn\u00e1 plavba a nahrazena tla\u010dnou remork\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. Remork\u00e9ry \u0159ady &#8222;R&#8220; za\u010daly proto m\u011bnit m\u00edsta sv\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed. Do t\u00e9 doby pro\u0161ly v\u0161ak postupn\u011b gener\u00e1ln\u00edmi opravami v lod\u011bnici K\u0159e\u0161ice kde krom\u011b v\u00fdm\u011bny ob\u0161\u00edvkov\u00fdch plech\u016f byly vybaveny nov\u00fdmi motory a p\u0159evodovkami. Prob\u011bhla na nich je\u0161t\u011b \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch rekonstrukc\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kormidelen a mont\u00e1\u017ee tla\u010dn\u00fdch \u010del.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Historie jednotliv\u00fdch plavidel do roku 2002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R1 (Mikol\u00e1\u0161 Ale\u0161)<\/strong><br \/>\np\u0159ed\u00e1n m\u011bstu Praha a po v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b \u010derpadel za v\u00fdkonn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed pod ozna\u010den\u00edm HL &#8211; 1 Hasi\u010dsk\u00e9mu sboru v Praze. M\u00e1 trval\u00e9 stanovi\u0161t\u011b na lev\u00e9m b\u0159ehu Vltavy na Sm\u00edchov\u011b<\/p>\n<p><strong>R2 ( Anton\u00edn Dvo\u0159\u00e1k )<\/strong><br \/>\nbyl prod\u00e1n in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdm stavb\u00e1m Praha, po nich byl majetkem firmy Vltasub.
