Vyjmenovat v\u0161echny jejich \u010dinnosti a na \u017e\u00e1dnou nezapomenout by byl velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd \u00fakol. <em>&#8222;Splav\u00e1vat, ot\u00e1\u010det, p\u0159istavovat, p\u0159\u00edp\u0159e\u017eovat, pos\u00e1dk\u00e1m\u00a0 uleh\u010dovat, vl\u00e9ci po proudu, protahovat mosty&#8220;<\/em>\u2026atd, atd. Byl by to v\u00fd\u010det pestr\u00fdch, m\u00e9n\u011b \u010di v\u00edce n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch, mnohdy a\u017e krkolomn\u00fdch a nekon\u010d\u00edc\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f. Na traktorech \u010dasto za\u010d\u00ednali kapit\u00e1n\u0161t\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed na jejich\u00a0 palub\u00e1ch si v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech vyslou\u017eili zaslou\u017eenou \u00factu a obdiv od sv\u00fdch koleg\u016f.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd text a tabulky jsou p\u0159evzaty z \u010dl\u00e1nku Ji\u0159\u00edho Mart\u00ednka Mal\u00e9 motorov\u00e9 remork\u00e9ry \u010cPSL-\u010cSPO- \u010cSPLO-\u010cSPL <em>&#8222;traktory&#8220;<\/em>. Cel\u00fd, nezkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed Sborn\u00edku k historii lodn\u00ed dopravy, Labsko-Vltavsk\u00e1 dopravy, Labsko-Vltavsk\u00e1 plavba IX, z roku 2003.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Historie stavby<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"shutterset_\" title=\"KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/15.jpg\" data-image-id=\"4924\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/15.jpg\" data-thumbnail=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/thumbs\/thumbs_15.jpg\" data-title=\"KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA\" data-description=\"KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-left alignleft\" alt=\"KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/thumbs\/thumbs_15.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a>O pl\u00e1nu na pou\u017eit\u00ed a stavbu prvn\u00edch traktor\u016f u \u010cPSL plaveckou i neplaveckou ve\u0159ejnost informoval \u010dl\u00e1nek Ladislava Matyse &#8211; <em>&#8222;Motorov\u00e9 \u010dluny pro vlek lod\u00ed na st\u0159edn\u00edm Labi&#8220;<\/em>, uve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fd v \u010dasopise Ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 doprava \u010d.3 z roku 1946. Kdy\u017e byla v roce 1943 zah\u00e1jena n\u00e1kladn\u00ed doprava na <em>&#8222;mal\u00e9m&#8220;<\/em> Labi z M\u011bln\u00edka a\u017e do Kol\u00edna, bylo t\u0159eba roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159iti dosavadn\u00ed park remork\u00e9r\u016f, kter\u00e9 by v tomto \u00faseku zaji\u0161\u0165ovaly vle\u010den\u00ed \u010dlun\u016f. Ze st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch parn\u00edch vle\u010dn\u00fdch remork\u00e9r\u016f se toti\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd neve\u0161el sou\u010dasn\u011b se \u010dlunem do plavebn\u00ed komory*. Dvojit\u00e9 komorov\u00e1n\u00ed si vy\u017eadovalo mnoho \u010dasu a neefektivn\u00edch zdr\u017een\u00ed. Proto \u0106PSL, kter\u00e9 byly zn\u00e1my dobr\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti se dv\u011bma motorov\u00fdmi \u010dluny postaven\u00fdmi pro b\u00fdvalou protileteckou policii, zadala stavbu \u010dty\u0159 motorov\u00fdch lod\u00ed podobn\u00e9 konstrukce k vleku lod\u00ed na st\u0159edn\u00edm Labi. Lodn\u00ed t\u011blesa t\u011bchto plavidel byla celosva\u0159ovan\u00e1, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se u\u0161et\u0159ilo zna\u010dn\u011b na v\u00e1ze. Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 4 traktory postaven\u00e9 pro \u010cPSL mezi roky 1946 a\u017e 1947 byly ozna\u010deny MOTOR 1 a\u017e MOTOR 4.Autor \u010dl\u00e1nku v\u0161ak opomenul poznamenat, \u017ee ji\u017e v roce 1941 dodala pra\u017esk\u00e1 lod\u011bnice B. Antropius jeden traktor pro \u010cSPO &#8211; oderskou plavbu. Nen\u00ed vylou\u010den\u00e9, \u017ee se tehdej\u0161\u00ed veden\u00ed \u010cSPO inspirovalo k zaveden\u00ed tohoto typu remork\u00e9ry BA\u0164A provozovan\u00fdmi na Ba\u0165ov\u011b kan\u00e1lu. Stavba prvn\u00edho remork\u00e9ru nemohla b\u00fdt v\u0161ak zad\u00e1na lod\u011bnici Walter v K\u0159e\u0161ic\u00edch, kter\u00e1 tyto &#8222;Ba\u0165a&#8220; remork\u00e9ry postavila v roce 1937 nebo\u0165 se nal\u00e9zala v \u0158\u00ed\u0161i. Traktor byl ozna\u010den \u010cSPO VIII (nebo M 8). Pod t\u00edmto ozna\u010den\u00edm byl ve slu\u017eb\u011b a\u017e do roku 1952, kdy byl p\u0159ejmenov\u00e1n na &#8222;DYJE&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><em>*) s vyj\u00edmkou plavebn\u00edch komor Had\u00edk a Ob\u0159\u00edstv\u00ed (1946)Proto\u017ee se traktory MOTOR 1 &#8211; MOTOR 4 na Labi dob\u0159e uplatnily objednala si \u010cPSL dal\u0161\u00ed 4 ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm a siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm proveden\u00ed. Novostavby byly ozna\u010deny MOTOR 5 &#8211; MOTOR 8.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Konstrukce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"shutterset_\" title=\" \" href=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/08.jpg\" data-image-id=\"4917\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/08.jpg\" data-thumbnail=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/thumbs\/thumbs_08.jpg\" data-title=\"08\" data-description=\" \"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-left alignleft\" alt=\"08\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/thumbs\/thumbs_08.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a>Trup traktor\u016f m\u00e1 ploch\u00e9 dno, svisl\u00e9 boky a hodn\u011b zaoblen\u00e9 outory, p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed do dob\u0159e tvarovan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edd\u011b a do z\u00e1d\u011b se dv\u011bma vrtulov\u00fdmi tunely. Trupy maj\u00ed jen malou klenutost paluby a s vyj\u00edmkou prvn\u00edch t\u0159\u00ed staveb nem\u00e1\u017e\u00e1dnou sedlovitost. D\u00e9lka prvn\u00edho traktoru z roku 1941 16,7 metr\u016f p\u0159es palubu byla u\u017e u dal\u0161\u00edch staveb zv\u011bt\u0161ena na 18,5 metru asi za \u00fa\u010delem zmen\u0161en\u00ed ponoru. V t\u00e9to d\u00e9lce bylo postaveno 7 dal\u0161\u00edch traktor\u016f a v\u0161echny havarijn\u00ed \u010dluny. Dal\u0161\u00ed dva traktory z roku 1951, MOTOR 5 a 6, m\u011bly ale d\u00e9lku o 2,5 m v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed &#8211; 21,0 m, proto\u017ee u nich \u010cPSL po\u017eadovala dal\u0161\u00ed kajutu a WC za strojovnou. Del\u0161\u00ed byla i p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st trupu, v kter\u00e9 bylo 5 bo\u010dn\u00edch kulat\u00fdch ok\u00e9nek. Posledn\u00ed dva traktory MOTOR 7 a MOTOR 8 byly del\u0161\u00ed pouze o 1 metr &#8211; celkem 19,5 m. \u0160\u00ed\u0159ka trupu prvn\u00edch 7 staveb byla 3, m (bez od\u011brek), byla u v\u0161ech dal\u0161\u00edch zv\u011bt\u0161ena na 4 metry. D\u016fvodem bylo nahrazen\u00ed lehk\u00fdch automobilov\u00fdch motor\u016f t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edmi a v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi lodn\u00edmi motory. Zda\u0159il\u00fd podponorov\u00fd tvar p\u0159\u00edd\u011b traktor\u016f se nem\u011bnil, kde\u017eto na dn\u011b z\u00e1d\u011b byly aplikov\u00e1ny nov\u00e9 poznatky o tvaru vrtulov\u00fdch tunel\u016f. K podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu pops\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch traktor\u016f nejsou k dispozici podklady. Ve st\u0159edu lodi je n\u00e1stavba, kter\u00e1 je v zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti strojovny a nad WC sn\u00ed\u017eena. Napravoboku je vchod do strojovny, na zadn\u00edm \u010dele n\u00e1stavby je vchod do WC.proveden\u00ed:<br \/>\nkormideln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed: dv\u011b zav\u011b\u0161en\u00e1 profilov\u00e1 kormidla, celkov\u00e1 plocha 0,90 m2 s ru\u010dn\u00edm ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm transmis\u00ed pomoc\u00ed jednoho segmentu a t\u00e1hel.<br \/>\nkotevn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed: jedna halsk\u00e1 kotva 120 kg na p\u0159\u00eddi s ru\u010dn\u00edm navij\u00e1kem s kotevn\u00edm \u0159et\u011bzem pr\u016fm\u011bru 15 mm, d\u00e9lky 40 m.<br \/>\nvle\u010dn\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed: vle\u010dn\u00fd odpru\u017een\u00fd h\u00e1k, vle\u010dn\u00e9 ocelov\u00e9 lano 12 mm d\u00e9lky 120 m.<br \/>\nvyvazovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed: p\u0159\u00ed\u010fov\u00e1 a z\u00e1\u010fov\u00e1 vyvazovac\u00ed pacholata, 2 vyvazovac\u00ed konopn\u00e1 lana, 25 mm, d\u00e9lky 40 m.<br \/>\ndorozum\u00edvac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed: vzduchov\u00e1 houka\u010dka, elektrick\u00e1 a petrolejov\u00e1 pozi\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btla, reflektor 100W.<br \/>\npo\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed a z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed: has\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje, 1 z\u00e1chrann\u00fd kruh, \u010dlunek 3,7 x 1,2 m s v\u00fdstroj\u00ed (nebyl dod\u00e1v\u00e1n), byl nahrazen v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch kruh\u016f.<br \/>\npoh\u00e1n\u011bc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed: hlavn\u00ed motory: 2 \u0160KODA 6L 160, nom. V\u00fdkon 125 k p\u0159i 700 ot\/min se vzduchov\u00fdm spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm.<br \/>\nrevers-reduktor: typ HRS, redukce 2 : 1, mechanick\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b olejov\u00fdm servomotorem.<br \/>\nh\u0159\u00eddele: o pr\u016fm\u011bru 80 mm ve t\u0159ech rad. kluzn\u00fdch lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch<br \/>\nvrtule: ocelolitinov\u00e9, t\u0159\u00edlist\u00e9 s nosn\u00fdm profilem, pr\u016fm\u011br 1050 mm, stoup\u00e1n\u00ed 1015 mm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obytn\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a vybaven\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"shutterset_\" title=\" \" href=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/21.jpg\" data-image-id=\"4930\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/21.jpg\" data-thumbnail=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/thumbs\/thumbs_21.jpg\" data-title=\"OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA\" data-description=\" \"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-left alignleft\" alt=\"OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/thumbs\/thumbs_21.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a>U prvn\u00edch labsk\u00fdch traktor\u016f (H1, H2, MOTOR 1 a\u017e MOTOR 4) byla p\u0159edn\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st trupu rozd\u011blena d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdmi p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017ekami na kajutu kapit\u00e1na, spole\u010dnou kajutu strojn\u00edka a lodn\u00edka, kuchy\u0148ku a samostatn\u00fd WC. V kuchy\u0148ce bylo um\u00edst\u011bno i umyvadlo a stojat\u00fd kotel \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edho topen\u00ed, kter\u00fdm bylo mo\u017eno tak\u00e9 vyh\u0159\u00edvat strojovnu. U WC, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zelo pod \u00farovn\u00ed hladiny bylo pou\u017eito tak zvan\u00e9ho ponorkov\u00e9ho z\u00e1chodu s ru\u010dn\u00edm p\u00edstov\u00fdm \u010derpadlem ke spl\u00e1chnut\u00ed a sou\u010dasn\u00e9mu vypumpov\u00e1n\u00ed. U <em>&#8222;dlouh\u00fdch&#8220;<\/em> traktor\u016f MOTOR 5 a MOTOR 6 (poz\u011bj\u0161\u00ed M 4 a M5) byly v p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti um\u00edst\u011bny jenom kajuty kapit\u00e1na, lodn\u00edka a kuchy\u0148ka. Kajuta strojn\u00edka byla um\u00edst\u011bna za strojovnu v jej\u00ed n\u00e1stavb\u011b. Vchod do n\u00ed byl z lev\u00e9ho ochozu. V t\u00e9to n\u00e1stavb\u011b byl um\u00edst\u011bn tak\u00e9 WC se samostatn\u00fdm vchodem na prav\u00e9m ochozu. Kajuty v p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti trupu i kajuta strojn\u00edka byly vybaveny kamny. V p\u0159edu to byl kuchy\u0148sk\u00fd spor\u00e1k a otopn\u00e1 pokojov\u00e1 kamna, u strojn\u00edka kombinovan\u00fd spor\u00e1k s dvojit\u00fdm ro\u0161tem, s mo\u017enost\u00ed bu\u010f va\u0159en\u00ed nebo vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dapravy a zm\u011bny<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"shutterset_\" title=\" \" href=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/16.jpg\" data-image-id=\"4925\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/16.jpg\" data-thumbnail=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/thumbs\/thumbs_16.jpg\" data-title=\"KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA\" data-description=\" \"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-left alignleft\" alt=\"KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/clanek-traktory\/thumbs\/thumbs_16.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a>B\u011bhem provozu byly na traktorech prov\u00e1d\u011bny r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u016fpravy a zm\u011bny vyvolan\u00e9 zku\u0161enost\u00ed z provozu i snahou o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed jejich v\u00fdkonu a pou\u017eitelnosti. Obsluha vratn\u00fdch sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed byla jen ze strojovny, co\u017e u tra\u0165ov\u00fdch remork\u00e9r\u016f bylo je\u0161t\u011b \u00fanosn\u00e9, ale v m\u00edstn\u00edm provozu p\u0159i p\u0159esunech plavidel s \u010detn\u00fdmi man\u00e9vry byla obsluha velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bylo pozd\u011bji nahrazeno novou konstrukc\u00ed vratn\u00fdch sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed VRS 6, kter\u00e9 byly ovl\u00e1d\u00e1ny z kormidelny. Na \u017e\u00e1dost kapit\u00e1n\u016f o zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdhledu z kormidelny byly konstruk\u010d\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00edm k\u0159e\u0161ick\u00e9 lod\u011bnice vypracov\u00e1ny n\u00e1vrhy na zvednut\u00ed kormidelny nad \u00farove\u0148 p\u0159edn\u00ed paluby.
