Pravidla maj\u00ed ozna\u010den\u00ed\u00a0 verze 1.8. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku upozorn\u00edme na nejz\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bny, kter\u00fdch na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nen\u00ed mnoho a kter\u00e9 byly provedeny na z\u00e1klad\u011b praktick\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed. Tyto zm\u011bny byly schv\u00e1leny na z\u00e1\u0159ijov\u00e9 porad\u011b rozhod\u010d\u00edch v Praze.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed zm\u011bnu najdete v <strong>2. kapitole &#8211; typy lod\u00ed<\/strong>. Byla stanovena <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed povolen\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka modelu remork\u00e9ru na 48cm<\/strong>. Toto pravidlo vych\u00e1z\u00ed z doporu\u010den\u00ed pro stavbu trat\u011b a je odvozena od minim\u00e1ln\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00e9 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ky branky. Toto pravidlo nebude m\u00edt na nikoho praktick\u00fd dopad. Vlek\u016f se toto pravidlo net\u00fdk\u00e1. Pokud se p\u0159i sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed plavb\u011b pou\u017eije vlek, kter\u00fd je \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 48cm, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt t\u00e9to zkute\u010dnosti p\u0159izp\u016fsobena tra\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Hned v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm bod\u011b &#8211; <strong>2.1<\/strong>, je dal\u0161\u00ed podstatn\u00e1 zm\u011bna a to zaveden\u00ed nov\u00e9 kategorie. Tla\u010dn\u00e9 remork\u00e9ry byly rozd\u011bleny do dvou kategori\u00ed. Nyn\u00ed se budou d\u011blit na jedno\u0161roub\u00e9 a dvou\u0161roub\u00e9. Posuzuje se po\u010det lodn\u00edch \u0161roub\u016f, kter\u00e9 remork\u00e9r poh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee remork\u00e9r je vybaven. tzv. dokormidlov\u00e1vac\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm (bo\u010dn\u00ed pohon), tak toto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se za pohon nepova\u017euje.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed podstatnou novinkou je zaveden\u00ed pravidla pro situaci, kdy remork\u00e9ry pluj\u00ed samostatn\u011b z m\u00edsta startu sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed plavby do p\u0159\u00edstavu a nebo j\u00edn\u00e9ho m\u00edsta, uv\u00e1zat vlek. P\u0159i t\u00e9to situaci mohlo teoreticky vzniknout n\u011bkolik sporn\u00fdch v\u00fdklad\u016f pravidel. Proto bylo zavedeno pravidlo, kter\u00e9 t\u011bmto sporn\u00fdm v\u00fdklad\u016fm p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed &#8211; viz. <strong>8.kapitola<\/strong>, posledn\u00ed odstavec.<\/p>\n<p>Podstatn\u00e9 je, \u017ee trup remork\u00e9ru se nejd\u0159\u00edve mus\u00ed dotknout trupu vleku, ke kter\u00e9mu se bude uvazovat. Symbolicky tak p\u0159evezme vle\u010dn\u00e9 lano z vleku. Teprve potom se remork\u00e9ru m\u016f\u017ee dot\u00fdkat sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed. Dotyky se po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed do okam\u017eiku, ne\u017e se remork\u00e9r dotkne vleku a to i <strong>uvnit\u0159 p\u0159\u00edstavn\u00edho baz\u00e9nu<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Po uv\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed remork\u00e9r\u016f m\u016f\u017ee soulod\u00ed vyplout, to ozn\u00e1m\u00ed kapit\u00e1n prost\u00fdm zvol\u00e1n\u00edm &#8222;START&#8220;. Vyplouv\u00e1 li soulod\u00ed z baz\u00e9nu, dotyky se nepo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed. Odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed li nap\u0159. od b\u0159ehu, nebo z prostoru kde nen\u00ed zcela jasn\u00e9, kde je povolen man\u00e9vr trup o tup, tak se dotyky po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed od okam\u017eiku zvol\u00e1n\u00ed &#8222;START&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e to shrnu. P\u0159iplouv\u00e1te li pro vlek, mus\u00ed se remork\u00e9rem nejd\u0159\u00edve dotknout vleku, pak se m\u016f\u017eete uv\u00e1zat a kdy\u017e chcete vyplout, kapit\u00e1n v\u017edy zvol\u00e1 &#8222;START&#8220;.
