Smyslem nov\u00fdch zm\u011bn je upravi bodov\u00e1n\u00ed tak, aby se sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed plavby staly vyrovnan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a n\u011bkter\u00e9 likvida\u010dn\u00ed bodov\u00e9 tresty byly zcela odstran\u011bny. D\u00e1le byly zjednodu\u0161eny a p\u0159esn\u011bji definov\u00e1ny pop\u0159. zcela eliminov\u00e1ny n\u011bkter\u00e9 situace, kter\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ely do sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed plaveb sporn\u00e9 situace. Probereme si n\u011bkter\u00e9 zm\u011bny podrobn\u011bji.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zm\u011bna prvn\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8230;a asi hned v\u00fdznamn\u00e1. Byla zru\u0161ena omezen\u00ed pro d\u00e9lku trupu sout\u011b\u017en\u00edho remork\u00e9ru. Omezen\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce a maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm ponoru trupu. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka trupu je omezena na 48 cm (p\u0159es v\u0161echno) a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed ponor pln\u011b vyzbrojen\u00e9ho remork\u00e9ru nesm\u00ed p\u0159es\u00e1hnout 24 cm. Tato omezen\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed z konstruk\u010dn\u00edch limit\u016f p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek pro tug towing (dok, p\u0159\u00edstav, zdymadlo a pod.). Pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lku trupu existuje pouze doporu\u010den\u00ed a to je, aby maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lka trupu nep\u0159es\u00e1hla 100 cm. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee si n\u011bkdo postav\u00ed remork\u00e9r s d\u00e9lkou 110 cm, m\u016f\u017ee do sout\u011b\u017ee v tug towingu nastoupit, ale a\u0165 pak nena\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee je n\u011bkde m\u00e1lo m\u00edsta \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zm\u011bna druh\u00e1<\/strong><br \/>\nT\u00fdk\u00e1 se sout\u011b\u017en\u00edch kategori\u00ed. I nad\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i. Lehk\u00fd TT, t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd TT, tla\u010dn\u00e9 remork\u00e9ry s jednou pohonnou jednotkou a tla\u010dn\u00e9 remork\u00e9ry bez omezen\u00ed. Pro vle\u010dn\u00e9 kategorie, tedy lehk\u00fd a t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd TT se kategorie bude ur\u010dovat podle vleku. D\u00e9lka trupu remork\u00e9ru ji\u017e nehraje pro ur\u010den\u00ed kategorie \u017e\u00e1dnou roli. Ka\u017ed\u00fd vlek bude prom\u011b\u0159en a homologov\u00e1n pro jednu a nebo v\u00edce kategori\u00ed. Nap\u0159. Mal\u00fd Ka\u010der bude asi homologov\u00e1n jen pro lehk\u00fd TT, naopak Polymorf nebo Velk\u00fd Ka\u010der bude homologov\u00e1n pouze pro t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd TT. Oproti tomu je\u0159\u00e1b nebo plo\u0161ina m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt homologov\u00e1na pro v\u00edce kategori\u00ed. Pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 kolo pak bude stanovena tra\u0165 a vlek kter\u00fd po jej\u00ed trase remork\u00e9ry povle\u010dou. Bude na zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed kapit\u00e1na zda jeho remork\u00e9r ur\u010den\u00fd vlek zvl\u00e1dne.<br \/>\nU tla\u010dn\u00fdch remork\u00e9r\u016f bude rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed, kolik pohonn\u00fdch jednotek (motor\u016f) remork\u00e9r m\u00e1 k vyvozen\u00ed hnac\u00ed s\u00edly. Remork\u00e9ry s jedn\u00edm hnac\u00edm motorem spadaj\u00ed do kategorie TR1. Hnac\u00ed s\u00edla m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt rozvedena i na v\u00edce \u0161roub\u016f pop\u0159. p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00fdch pohon\u016f. Pokud m\u00e1 remork\u00e9r instalovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00fd pohon se samostatn\u00fdm motorem, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt tento prokazateln\u011b vypnut\u00fd.<br \/>\nV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee remork\u00e9r m\u00e1 instalov\u00e1no v\u00edce samostatn\u00fdch motor\u016f, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed k vyvozen\u00ed hnac\u00ed s\u00edly, pat\u0159\u00ed do kategorie TR2 a zde se \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 omezen\u00ed ji\u017e nekladou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zm\u011bna t\u0159et\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\nMo\u017en\u00e1 tato zm\u011bna vyvol\u00e1 velkou diskusi. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se po\u010dtu start\u016f jednoho sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edho b\u011bhem jedn\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee. Ka\u017ed\u00fd sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u011bhem jednoho sout\u011b\u017en\u00edho kola startovat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t. P\u0159i\u010dem\u017e plat\u00ed stejn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pro slo\u017een\u00ed t\u00fdmu jako doposud. M\u016f\u017eete tedy startovat 1x v TTT, 1x v LTT, 1x v TR1, 1x v TR2 nebo 2x v LTT a 2x v TTT. Kdy\u017e jsme odhadovali kolik \u010dasu celkem zaberou sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed plavby p\u0159i vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u010dty\u0159 start\u016f a t\u0159\u00ed kol, dostali jsme se na zhruba jednu a p\u016fl hodiny. T\u00edm, \u017ee padly d\u00e9lkov\u00e9 limity trupu pro ur\u010den\u00ed kategorie, zp\u0159\u00edstupnila se kategorie LTT i pro remork\u00e9ry s trupem del\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 70 cm. Tedy si i m\u016f\u017eete u\u017e\u00edt v\u00edce plaveb i kdy\u017e po\u010det mo\u017en\u00fdch start\u016f se ze \u0161esti sn\u00ed\u017eil na \u010dty\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zm\u011bna \u010dtvrt\u00e1<\/strong><br \/>\nUr\u010dit\u011b si pamatujete (hlavn\u011b rozhod\u010d\u00ed) jak\u00e9 probl\u00e9my \u010dinilo obeplouv\u00e1n\u00ed samostan\u00fdch b\u00f3j\u00ed, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud byly \u017elut\u00e9 barvy. Od nov\u00fdch pravidel je to jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Bude platit, \u017ee na trati mohou b\u00fdt jako samostatn\u00e9 b\u00f3je \u010di skaliska jako samostan\u00e9 b\u00f3je jen \u017elut\u00e9 barvy. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1 zelen\u00e1 nebo \u010derven\u00e1. No a samostatnou \u017elutou b\u00f3ji m\u016f\u017ee obeplout jak chcete, i kdy\u017e bude v pl\u00e1nku namalov\u00e1no zprava nebo zleva. \u017dlut\u00e1 b\u00f3je na trati jen p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017e\u00ed a neur\u010duje sm\u011br plavby. T\u00edm se jednozna\u010dn\u011b vylu\u010duj\u00ed jak\u00e9koliv nejasnosti ohledn\u011b sm\u011bru plavby. Za \u017elutou b\u00f3ji nem\u016f\u017eete dostat minut\u00ed a pod. Jen kdy\u017e se j\u00ed dotknete body dostanete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zm\u011bna p\u00e1t\u00e1<\/strong><br \/>\nPenalizace nebo-li trestn\u00e9 body. Trestn\u00e9 body se budou ud\u011blovat v rozp\u011bt\u00ed 1 a\u017e 7. To by m\u011blo p\u0159in\u00e9st v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vyrovnanost sout\u011b\u017en\u00edch plaveb. Minut\u00ed branky se tak nest\u00e1v\u00e1 likvida\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed, ale dru\u017estvu d\u00e1v\u00e1 po\u0159\u00e1d \u0161anci na um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed. Po obnoven\u00ed \u00favazu se pokra\u010duje v sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed plavb\u011b. Jinak pravidlo o hav\u00e1rii z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 beze zm\u011bn. Prov\u011b\u0159ili jsme ho podrobn\u011b a nezjistili jsme \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fvod ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m. Mo\u017en\u00e1 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, \u017ee kdy\u017e v\u00e1m v remork\u00e9ru sho\u0159\u00ed t\u0159eba regul\u00e1tory, tak je pro v\u00e1s sout\u011b\u017e ztracena. Nen\u00ed to ale tak co\u017e se dov\u00edte v dal\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zm\u011bna sedm\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem jedn\u00e9 v\u00edcekolov\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee bylo zak\u00e1z\u00e1no m\u011bnit jednou pou\u017eit\u00fd remork\u00e9r za jin\u00fd. Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m hned p\u0159i prvn\u00ed plavb\u011b ode\u0161ly t\u0159eba pr\u00e1v\u011b regul\u00e1tory a nebo se n\u011bco neopraviteln\u011b pokazilo v d\u016fsledku hav\u00e1rie, znamenalo to pro dan\u00fd remork\u00e9r konec a pro dru\u017estvo taky. Te\u010f pravidla budou povolovat v\u00fdm\u011bnu remork\u00e9ru (t\u0159eba si ho vyp\u016fj\u010d\u00edte) do dal\u0161\u00edho kola po souhlasu hlavn\u00edho rozhod\u010d\u00edho. Pro sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed tak technick\u00fd probl\u00e9m nemus\u00ed nutn\u011b znamenat stop a zbyte\u010dnou cestu.<\/p>\n<p>Douf\u00e1me, \u017ee tyto zm\u011bny budou pro sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed plavby p\u0159\u00ednosem a hlavn\u011b nov\u00e9 bodov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159inese jist\u00e9 o\u017eiven\u00ed podobn\u011b jako tomu bylo u bonusov\u00fdch bod\u016f. Pokud jsem se dopustil n\u011bjak\u00e9 chyby, pros\u00edm kolegy rozhod\u010d\u00ed, aby m\u011b opravili v diskusi pod t\u00edmto \u010dl\u00e1nkem.
