D\u00edky Tom\u00e1\u0161ovi jsem dostal mo\u017enost zasout\u011b\u017eit si s\u00a0<strong>\u010cochtanem<\/strong> i s\u00a0<strong>Bivojem<\/strong>. Od za\u010d\u00e1tku jsem jezdil pouze s\u00a0tla\u010dn\u00fdm remork\u00e9rem. Od roku 2009 m\u00e1m rozpracovan\u00fd remork\u00e9r Kalarka (Damen ASD TUG 3111) do t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho, u kter\u00e9ho je zat\u00edm stavba pozastavena. Po hled\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed m\u011b napadlo postavit zmen\u0161en\u00e9ho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/?p=3006\">\u010cert\u00edk<\/a>a. U\u017e d\u00e1vno jsem se rozhodl, \u017ee budu stav\u011bt jen dvou\u0161roub\u00e9 lod\u011b s\u00a0mo\u017enost\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00e9ho ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed motor\u016f a kormidel. Konstrukci \u010cert\u00edka jsem pro Tom\u00e1\u0161e d\u011blal j\u00e1 a tak bylo rozhodnuto. M\u011b\u0159\u00edtko jsem zvolil podle \u0161\u00ed\u0159ky Bivoje, vy\u0161lo 1:33.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Oproti Tom\u00e1\u0161ovi jsem zvolil odli\u0161nou stavbu trupu. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0n\u00e1s si tak\u00e9 zvolil jinou p\u0159edlohu. Pro <strong>Britta<\/strong> jsem se rozhodl hlavn\u011b pro jeho barevnost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rozlo\u017een\u00ed kan\u00e1l\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lev\u00fd motor<\/li>\n<li>prav\u00fd motor<\/li>\n<li>lev\u00e9 kormidlo<\/li>\n<li>prav\u00e9 kormidlo<\/li>\n<li>sv\u011btla<\/li>\n<li>zdvih kormidelny<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Osazen\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2x motor MIG 400\/6V p\u0159es p\u0159evodovky 1:2,4<\/li>\n<li>2 lodn\u00ed \u0161rouby o pr\u016fm\u011bru 40mm (Honza \u010cerv\u00ed\u010dek) 4 list \u2013 byly to prvn\u00ed \u0161rouby, kter\u00e9 jsem m\u011bl na tla\u010d\u00e1ku TR-8<\/li>\n<li>pevn\u00e9 d\u00fdzy, kormidla ovl\u00e1dan\u00e9 servy XGD-11HMB<\/li>\n<li>2x regul\u00e1tor JEJE<\/li>\n<li>akumul\u00e1tor 1x PB 6V\/12Ah<\/li>\n<li>zdvih kormidelny p\u0159es pohybov\u00fd \u0161roub, p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd zdvih bude 100 mm<\/li>\n<li>pln\u011b osv\u011btleno &#8211; vlastn\u00edm ud\u011bl\u00e1tkem, sto\u017e\u00e1rek se bude skl\u00e1p\u011bt ru\u010dn\u011b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stavbu jsem zah\u00e1jil 9. b\u0159ezna 2015 stavbou trupu. Pou\u017eil jsem pozitivn\u00ed laminaci. Tento postup se mi ji\u017e n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t osv\u011bd\u010dil (na Kalarce, na lodi\u010dce tla\u010d\u00e1ku TR-8 a na jeho st\u0159e\u0161e, kter\u00e1 je op\u011bt klenut\u00e1).<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"shutterset_\" title=\" \" href=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/britt\/TugBritt-09.jpg\" data-image-id=\"6344\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/britt\/TugBritt-09.jpg\" data-thumbnail=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/britt\/thumbs\/thumbs_TugBritt-09.jpg\" data-title=\"TugBritt-09\" data-description=\" \"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-left alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tugtowing.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/britt\/thumbs\/thumbs_TugBritt-09.jpg\" alt=\"TugBritt-09\" \/><\/a>Kopito bylo vytvo\u0159eno z\u00a0Depronu. \u017debra z\u00a0tlou\u0161\u0165ky 6 mm a ob\u0161\u00edvka z\u00a03 mm. Slo\u017eit\u00e9 tvary jsem p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161el pomoc\u00ed novinov\u00e9ho pap\u00edru. Hodn\u011b mi to p\u0159ipomn\u011blo pla\u0148kovan\u00e9 trupy. Pr\u00e1ci jsem si fakt u\u017eil. Borty byly \u00famysln\u011b prot\u00e1hnuty a\u017e k\u00a0mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed desce, p\u0159i od\u0159\u00edznut\u00ed tak vznikla nem\u011bnn\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ka trupu. Laminov\u00e1n\u00ed bylo skelnou tkaninou 160. Vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a vnit\u0159n\u00ed vrstvy byly t\u0159i. Na p\u0159edek a zadek jsou pou\u017eity dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b vrstvy. P\u0159ed polo\u017een\u00edm vnit\u0159n\u00ed vrstvy jsem pomoc\u00ed Perchloretyl\u00e9nu odleptal Depron a\u017e k\u00a0\u010d\u00e1\u0159e ponoru a tak\u00e9 jsem odstranil v\u0161echna \u017eebra (bylo p\u011bkn\u00e9, \u017ee se \u010dern\u00e1 fixa obtiskla do lamin\u00e1tu a zrychlila tak n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 opracov\u00e1n\u00ed trupu). <strong>Paluba<\/strong> je tvo\u0159ena \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b z\u00a0leteck\u00e9 p\u0159ekli\u017eky tlou\u0161\u0165ky 3 mm a na n\u00ed bude nalepena sklolamin\u00e1tov\u00e1 deska 1 mm. Drobn\u00e9 nep\u0159esnosti na tvaru jsem zalil letoxitem s\u00a0plni\u010dem a nakonec vytmelil. Pro usazen\u00ed h\u0159\u00eddel\u016f pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m takov\u00e9 ud\u011bl\u00e1tko, kter\u00e9 mi p\u0159esn\u011b definuje polohu budouc\u00edho konce lodn\u00edho \u0161roubu. Pohon i akumul\u00e1tor jsem zvolil podle Bivoje. H\u0159\u00eddele s\u00a0p\u0159evodovkou jsem zakoupil z\u00a0Admiralshopu. M\u00e1m dva motory MIG 400\/6V, s\u00a0p\u0159evodov\u00fdm pom\u011brem 1:2,4. Jako \u0161rouby jsem pou\u017eil moje prvn\u00ed k\u00a0tla\u010dn\u00e9mu remork\u00e9ru, kter\u00e9 mi ud\u011blal Honza \u010cerv\u00ed\u010dek, maj\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br 40 mm. Jako pohonn\u00fd akumul\u00e1tor pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m 1x PB 6V\/12Ah. Kormidla jsem vyrobil pomoc\u00ed formy a doplnil je shora i ze spodu kouskem sklolamin\u00e1tov\u00e9 desky. Dokon\u010den\u00ed trupu p\u0159i\u0161lo na \u0159adu a\u017e tento rok, a to od Nov\u00e9ho roku a\u017e do sout\u011b\u017ee v\u00a0Most\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Na n\u011bkolika fotografi\u00edch je srovn\u00e1n\u00ed obou trup\u016f.
